Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No minimum order for stocked items — we supply single pieces as well as bulk and project quantities. Manufactured products are quoted per requirement.
What are your payment terms?
New customers pay 100% in advance. Established customers can be offered credit terms, subject to approval. Custom-manufactured orders need a 50% advance on confirmation, with the balance before dispatch.
Where do you deliver?
Across India. We dispatch PAN-India by transport or courier from Mulund, Mumbai, or you can arrange collection. Freight is quoted separately by destination and volume.
How quickly can you deliver stock items?
Within Mumbai, 1–2 working days for in-stock items. Elsewhere in India, typically 3–7 working days. Non-stock items are supplied against order, with lead times confirmed at quotation.
How fast do you respond to enquiries?
We send quotations within 24 hours of receiving a complete enquiry.
Can you supply a custom control panel, flight case or power safe?
Yes — send your drawing or dimensions, use case and quantity through the Manufacturing enquiry form. We confirm a fixed price and lead time in writing.
What warranty do products carry?
Branded products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty, passed through to you in full. Our own manufactured products are warranted per the design and the component brands used within them, confirmed at the time of quotation.
Can I return products?
Custom-manufactured items cannot be returned. Unused stock items in original packaging may be accepted for return, at our discretion.
Can you provide GST invoices, test certificates and authorisation letters?
Yes. Every order is billed on a GST invoice, and test certificates and brand authorisation letters are available on request for project documentation and tenders.
